这个题肯定是A 啊  反对结论 结论说 there is no economic justification for preventive treatment for hypertension 理由是money so saved amounts to only one-fourth of the expenditures

而A就相当于反驳了这个观点  虽然expenditures少但还是contribute to economic

我现在看懂了，当时脑子被猪啃了。

不过我想说的是，这个A项应该untreated hypertension cause insignificant medical expenditures but large economic losses of other sorts.意思是 untreated hypertension 会带来更大经济上的损失，所以反对了题目中的结论。你说的“虽然expenditures少但还是contribute to economic”没看懂。
