为什么选的是C而不是B。C中 the new companies starting up 指的是去年新成立的公司吗？还是指今年的？

B:去年开的公司今年提供的工作岗位不会比去年多

C：今年的新开的公司平均每公司提供的岗位数不会比去年的“新开公司平均提供岗位数”多

题干后面已经说了去年开的公司今年提供的岗位总数不会超过去年。

所以B选项只是把原文信息重复了一遍，并没有提供新的信息去支持原文的观点。所以选C

我也不太肯定..

但看起來似是:

第一個previously established companies 指去年之前開的公司..

第二個previously established companies 是指今年之前開的公司...即包括去年開的公司和去年之前開的公司..所以 b不正確..
