但是结论不是说 eruption能让空气变冷么，D说能让空气变热，这个不是削弱么？还是我理解错了呢？

D选项说火山爆发的气候效应可以暂时掩盖由CO2导致的气候变暖， 也就是暂时COOLER， 算是个加强了

二氧化碳增多（不是由火山爆发引起）——气候变暖——被火山爆发掩盖，意思就是火山爆发可以使气候变冷
