D翻译:基本上,生产商发行的优惠券,只有少于1/3有被顾客使用了

redeem有履行的意思,就可以解释为使用优惠券

似乎逻辑题选项中出现XX研究表明或者科学家说,XX比例的人如何很少是正确答案

注意问题的这两个单词:

生产商的目标是吸引大量的潜在客户成为忠实客户,对于那些不用coupons的人来说,他们不是潜在客户,D没有削弱结论,只是介绍了潜在客户的比重

英汉词典解释不清楚的英语单词可以去这个网址查,非常好用的英英词典 http://www.macmillandictionary.com/dictionary/american/redeem     里面明确指出,redeem的一个意思是
to use a coupon (=a piece of paper worth a particular amount) to pay for something
