题目中说standard living rise--trade deficit rise, trade balance--standard living fall. 那trade balance就是trade falls的意思咯？那答案不是应该是B么？？请各位牛牛们帮忙啊！！！

trade balance是deficit 减少的意思。

只有 deficit减少，standard living上升，才能使competitive strength上升。

其余的情况，都有可能在 competitive不变的基础上 发生。
