CEIBS will provide GMAT Fee Waiver to 10 applicants from mainland China for MBA 2010 program. Winners will be provided GMAT® fee waivers once.
Eligibility
This program is designed to talented young people from mainland China who plan to apply for CEIBS MBA 2010 program in the 2nd or 3rd round. Therefore, applicant must meet all the following requirements:
􀁺 Must be a mainland Chinese citizen
􀁺 Must apply for CEIBS MBA 2010 program before the deadline indicated in the below Application Deadline
􀁺 Must have worked for 5 years or less
􀁺 Must provide a tax statement covering the recent 1 year period

Application & Selection Process
􀁺 Apart from submitting the regular application*, applicant is required to attach the additional materials as follows: ■ a tax statement of recent 1 year ■ the print-out of the completed form at the bottom of this page
􀁺 A holistic review to both the applicant’s overall profile and economic needs will be conducted by CEIBS MBA Admissions Office
􀁺 The winners will be informed the GMAT Fee Waiver code individually through email on January 15, 2010
*The regular application includes a complete online application form as well as a package of 2 letters of recommendation, official university transcript(s), 5 passport-sized color photos, photocopies of degree certificate(s), passport or ID, proof of application fee payment and business card, etc.

前辈你好，我有两个问题请指点一下
1、看tax statement的目的是赞助低收入的candidate吗？
2、要是万一没有被挑中，而且1月15号至2月1日第二轮deadline的GMAT考试机构名额都满了，那岂不是要错失在第二轮deadline之前提交GMAT成绩的机会？

请释疑，多谢啦

2、要是万一没有被挑中，而且1月15号至2月1日第二轮deadline的GMAT考试机构名额都满了，那岂不是要错失在第二轮deadline之前提交GMAT成绩的机会？是有这个风险的，但是这个是第二轮和第三轮的申请人的
